Terms of service
Amperly is a business-to-business software subscription for calculating HMRC-compliant vehicle reimbursement. Full terms will be published at launch; key points:
- Subscriptions are billed monthly (base fee plus per-vehicle charge) and can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the billing period.
- Amperly calculates reimbursement amounts; paying employees remains the customer's responsibility. We do not provide tax advice — HMRC published rates are applied as-is.
- The service is provided to businesses, not consumers.
