Waitlist. If you join the waitlist we store your email address solely to contact you about Amperly's launch. We do not sell or share it. One email at launch; unsubscribe by replying.
Product data. When the service launches, customer account data (drivers, vehicles, trips, charging sessions, claims) is processed to provide the reimbursement service, stored in the UK/EEA, and retained per HMRC record-keeping requirements. Data-subject export and erasure are built into the product.
Your rights. Under UK GDPR you may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data at the address above.
